Senior Legal Analyst
A senior execution role focused on complex transaction work, quality ownership, team mentorship, and AI-enabled legal delivery.
Description
The Senior Legal Analyst will independently handle complex commercial and transaction-related documentation while leading defined portions of corporate and investment transactions. The role requires strong judgment, quality ownership, and effective coordination with clients and counterparties. In addition, the Senior Legal Analyst will actively leverage AI-assisted legal tools, mentor junior team members, and contribute to strengthening Lexapar’s templates, playbooks, and delivery standards.
What you’ll do
Independent drafting, review, and quality control of complex commercial and transaction-related documents.
Strong exposure to investment and corporate transaction documentation, including: Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA), Share Subscription Agreements (SSA), Founders’ Agreements, Investment Term Sheets, ESOP documentation and Ancillary corporate documents, consents, and compliance-related filings.
Leading portions of transactions, coordinating with counterparties, and supporting negotiations with structured redlines and issue lists.
Managing multiple client engagements and ensuring adherence to accuracy, timelines, and Lexapar’s internal quality standards.
Hands-on experience working with or reviewing outputs from AI-assisted drafting, diligence, and analytics tools.
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to knowledge frameworks, templates, process improvements and knowledge-building initiatives.
Qualifications
Valid law degree and license to practice in India.
