Service Description
Lexapar offers digital legal technology and analytics services accessible delivered primarily through virtual platforms including secure client portals, email, and video conferencing. Physical service delivery is rare and only occurs if specifically arranged.
Service Delivery Timeline
Services are initiated upon payment confirmation and order processing, typically within 24-48 hours. Standard digital deliverables such as reports and other materials are delivered within 7 business days unless otherwise specified. Project-specific timelines may apply and will be shared at contract signing.
Mode of Delivery
All services are delivered virtually. In cases where physical delivery of certificates, handouts, or documents is agreed, such items will be shipped separately.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide timely and accurate information, approvals, and access to data or systems necessary for service delivery. Delays from the customer side may extend delivery timelines and are outside Lexapar’s liability.
Cancelling and Rescheduling
Appointments or consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled by informing Lexapar support at least 3 business days in advance through email (contact@lexapar.com) or the customer portal. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeited appointments or require additional fees for rescheduling.
Non-Delivery or Delay Handling
Lexapar commits to notifying customers promptly if services will be delayed or undeliverable due to internal issues. Solutions may include re-scheduling services, expedited delivery, or compensation aligned with Lexapar’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Shipping Charges
Lexapar does not charge shipping fees for standard virtual services. If physical materials need to be shipped, customers will be informed of shipping charges in advance, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Policy Updates
Any changes or updates to this policy will be communicated to all active clients via email and posted on the Lexapar website.
