Junior Legal Analyst
A mid-level legal role focused on contract drafting, client coordination, and negotiation support within a technology-enabled legal workflow.
Description
The Junior Legal Analyst will play a hands-on role in drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of civil, commercial, and contractual documents while supporting negotiations and client interactions. The role requires independent handling of assigned matters, close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, and effective use of legal technology and AI-powered tools to deliver accurate, timely, and process-driven legal outcomes.
What you’ll do
Drafting and reviewing civil, commercial, and contractual documents (agreements, notices, corporate documents, etc.).
Providing negotiation support, preparing redlines, and coordinating with clients and client’s counterparties when required.
Experience in client communication, requirement gathering, and expectation management.
Demonstrated ability to work with legal technology platforms, document management systems, or AI-powered tools.
Comfort working in a process-driven, fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
Qualifications
Valid law degree and license to practice in India.
Work Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience across Law firm or in-house corporate legal roles.
