Backend Engineer
Engineer core systems and AI infrastructure that powers our platform
Description
In this role as a backend engineer you will be responsible for development and deployment of SaaS platform with heavy machine learning and NLP workloads in a privacy and security critical environment. We are looking for a team member who is self-motivated, dynamic, with a strong technical acumen and a sense of professional integrity and willing to take a lead on multiple challenges in relation to his/her role and responsibility. Role is available for full time as well as on part-time basis. Remote / work from home is also available.
What you’ll do
Development of different backend systems and modules to support the SaaS Web Application.
Maintaining cloud infrastructure, focusing on security and data privacy.
Working with ML team for model training and deployment of trained models on cloud for efficient and reliable inference.
Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience with strong background backend application development.
Proficiency in Python (with Django), Databases, Web Servers, Cloud Platforms, networking and security.
Familiarity with Machine Learning, NLP and proficiency in Rust programming language is a plus.
